Below is the mood board developed for iREITs' visual branding. We included imagery that is unexpected from the typical real estate investment company. We included hyper-local imagery with shots photographed from unusual angles and personal perspectives, rather than impersonal overhead wide-angle cityscapes. Texture from maps and patterns created from the hexagon are also included.

A simple one-page guideline was established to set the standards for future web and print work.
